We plan to carry out a study on STPP in patients with chronic pelvic pain and need to assess specific changes attributed to therapy condition. State of the art assessment (reflective functioning, stipo etc) needs many ressources, therefore, we are looking for shorter instruments.

You might want to check the following self-report instruments as they seem to assess constructs of your research interest (at least some of the subscales):
- Inventory of Personality Organization (IPO)
- Severity Indices of Personality Problems (SIPP-118)
- Self Reflection and Insight Scale (SRIS)
- Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ)
- Affective Style Questionnaire (ASQ)
Most projects on which I've worked created study-specific self-monitoring forms, with checklist and/or Likert-scale options for self-reporting. The subjects can complete them on check-in, or take the home for homework.
I may suggest:
_Adult Attachment Interview (with the Reflective Function coding System)
_Metacognition Assessment Scale (applicable on a bunch of semi-structured interviews)
_Emotion Regulation Interview (see JJ Gross' Lab website)

Perhaps the Levels of Emotional Awarenes Scale (german: C.Subic-Wrana) is useful or some kind of facial expression test (FEEL, Kessler et al.)...
