I can obtain real time video by using webcam from the Matlab, but I dont have any idea about the applying enhancements methods on video. By the way, the enhancement methods that I want to apply it;
grayscale conversion, contrast enhancement, median filter, adaptif thresholding and morfological stages.I would appreciate it if you could help me with this.
Use any hardware in between. There so many solution of hardware you can use FPGA or any ASIC etc. Kindly explain your work so i can help in codes if required.

Matlab having code composer and it can convert your Matlab codes into VHDL codes so you can dump your code into FPGA.
Second u can use Texas Instrument kits which can support MATLAB as well. Just ask your vendors.
Altium boards can be a choice.
Regarding your question, in my opinion, MATLAB itself does not have any way to work with video except as a series of images, it's better to use hardware -FPGA , so matlab codes can convert to VHDL codes.
