Which is the best method in case of supervised & unsupervised learning and also for deep learning? Which is the most used method for modeling? Please suggest with example.
I think it might be more interesting to cite different problems you encounter in geology and we may suggest some AI methods or ways to solve them. Just to give it the first try, here are some ideas I have in mind for now:

You can use machine learning/deep learning in the geological/geotechnical engineering domain for automating the solution of different geological aspects, such as Landslide Susceptibility Mapping, Prediction of Geotechnical Parameters of Soil, etc. You might use standard numerical/tabular data or image (remote sensing, GIS Mapping Data, etc) followed by standard machine learning / deep learning procedures.
