We have performed an experiment in which Daphnia were exposed to ammonia. We had three levels of ammonia namely acute, sub-lethal and chronic at different time periods, i.e., acute for one hour, sub-lethal for 7 hours and chronic for 7 days. A control group was also allotted. Now, we have two effects together and we want to compare treatments mean. We think MANOVA could not be applied here because it is not a factorial full cross design.

How can I separate time and concentration from each other to perform a statistical analysis? What is your suggestion and which model can we use for my data set?

Many thanks
