How can I calculate crystal structure? and how do I analyse peaks? How can I smooth the curve obtained in origin?
perhaps opening a good book on X-ray diffraction could be a good start... You can get a zillion answers from here but it's hard to follow them (or hard to make things always correct) if you don't have the basics of the technique.
Opening another book on experimental data handling is also a good idea. Why on Earth would you need to smooth the curve for the analysis?
This question (and lots that I recently found in RG) is an indicative that people prefers fast track solutions than the old fashion non sleeping sessions with the textbooks.. I agree that sometimes there is a rush on an specific issue we are not expert in or there is an specific problem we are cycled with and with some clue we can break the brain jam, but regarding the fundamentals, please, try read the textbooks first and come back with more specific questions.
Awani, Standard Text Books on X-ray Diffraction are the best media to learn things from basics. If you have to use this technique often, you should make your fundamentals clear first. It's a very important technique for material characterization and fascinating too. The best option is to take a formal course on this subject, even if it is not a requirement for your degree.

Awani, after you get an XRD course or at least take a tutorial sopported by a good textbook that will give you the basic knowledge, for example Cullity or Giancovazzo, I am sure you will come back with more specific questions on technical details or looking for specific issues on your materials that many people will be glad to answer. There are many open source softwares like FULLPROF, MAUD etc, With the help of these programs and Crystallographic infromation files , one can analyse peaks (indexing, QPA etc), URL given below may be helpful
