I'm still new to cell culture and have never worked with glassware before. I understand that adhering NG108 to glass can require poly-d-lysine, but I am unsure of the exact protocol and how to get it to differentiate once it has adhered.

I have worked with C2C12 before and understand how to differentiate it into myotubes, but I am equally unsure of how to adhere it to glass. Some of my research would suggest that fibronectin would be the best adherent for this cell line, but I would like to know what others who have worked with this line in the past would suggest.

Finally, are there any tips or tricks that I should know before I begin working with these cells, such as effective staining solutions and strategies, or things to watch out for, like special sensitivities? Any help that can be offered is highly appreciated.
