The blast load is nothing but a particular type of time-history load. Once you find the equation (you can find in some international codes like FEMA I guess or some codes for explosive resistance structures), you can insert the time-history of the load in terms of pressure, force, etc. (whatever required). It is simple, try to find out some explanation for dynamic loading in SAP manual; blast load is nothing very different.
