If i want to make a viable count to the resistant colonies that will generate when using antibiotics in the media, my question is how can i add the antibiotics to the media? should i mix it with the agar before pouring? or to make a hole in agar to add the antibiotic in it as in agar well diffusion technique?!
Also, can i use the antibiotics with the therapeutic concentration that found in hospitals an pharmacies?
