I do have our typical reagents and protocols for the measurement of different parameters, for example polyphenols content, all prepared for 96 well plates.

Can I use the reagents and protocols that we have in the lab with an autoanalyzer like the Megazyme one? Or what will I need to adapt them? Maybe the final volume will be different than 200-300 ul?

From what I read in their manual, I think there should be no problem using my own reagents and protocols instead of theirs but I would like confirmation ( https://secure.megazyme.com/ChemWell-2910-Chemistry-Analyser ).
