Heat stability has been determined in an oil bath

at 120 and/or 140°C by the subjective method of Davies and White

(1966). Milk samples (∼1.5 ml) of milk, sealed in

glass tubes, were rocked at a fixed rate until particles

of coagulated protein were seen in the flowing milk.

I need information how a rocking system is set into an oil bath. I am preparing a project and laboratory companies in Turkey do not any information oil bath with rocking system.
