A bubble column of 10 m height and 1m diameter (implying high hydrostatic pressure difference) is being fed leisurely with a flow rate of 10 L/min. What is the resulting dissolved oxygen profile throughout the column? ( average bubble radius is 1 cm)
Actually I need the formula of diffusion coefficient depends on pressure. I would be very glad if someone can help me?

If the oxygen added to the water is not consumed, then you would expect the water at each axial position in the column to become fully saturated with dissolved oxygen. So there is no concentration profile, but a uniform concentration.
But even if the oxygen is somehow consumed, I would doubt if a concentration profile would be established, because the dissolved oxygen is mixed in the axial direction by the bubble motion.
