Because I have been very successful at academic publishing, my dean has asked me to find ways to share my experience with junior faculty members at our school who need mentoring.

How do you think this should be done?

  • One-on-one counseling (very time consuming)?
  • One-time faculty colloquium/presentation?
  • Non-credit seminar that meets several times?
  • Graduate credit class but faculty get big tuition discounts?
  • Online seminar?

I am interested in your thoughts about which would would benefit faculty most...and in which they would be most likely to participate.
