you have to associate the heat load to the activity and then estimate the varying heat loads. there is no guideline for this and what you need to do is calculate the heat loads as such and as per function. To determine the heat loads you can use the ASHRAE guideline " fundamentals"

I recommend that you make a comparative state between the energy management data of the building, before and after implementing the changes you want. With the information and data obtained process them in the EnergyPlus or TRANSYS software.

TRNSYS is a transient systems simulation program with a modular structure. Paul Gerard , the idea you propose is interesting - however, there would be a lot of assumptions related to the loads considering they are significantly effected by orientation and building characteristics. How do you suggest that I address those assumptions?

I feel that the comparative portion that Debrayan Bravo Hidalgo proposed could be interesting. I find that E+ would be more fitting because I find TRANSYS very systems focused...
