How can be obtainable nanoparticles colloid from graphene-oxide by means of laser ablation and which are liquids types will be suitable for this preparation ?
There are some questions that I should ask before selecting any suitable laser and liquid.
What kind of Laser beam that you will use? What is the wavelength of that laser beam? Can this wave length penetrate the liquid layer to reach the GO? What will be the power required for such ablation?

I understand that you want to disperse GO in water? or you want to reduce the GO by laser ablation with high peak power at very short time? I suggest to review some papers about the ablation techniques in liquid layers. My experience was in laser ablation but in vacuum for MgO reduction.
