approximately yes.

I have a agarose gel that I don't know the exact amount of agarose in that and also I want to make specific concentration agarose gel and I need a method that determine exact amount of agarose for report.

There are visible/UV absorption spectroscopy approaches (eg. https://iopscience.iop.org/article/10.1088/1742-6596/28/1/017/meta).

thanks for interesting article that shared it was interesting for determine pore size and will be benefit for me in near future, but at firs i want a method for agarose assay.

Is that possible with calibration curve, determine the assay of a gel?

is there not specific method or procedure?
