1. Material Scientists are now innovating on recycled building materials like steel and glass. Inspite that they can be recycled, these materials are studied and designed to be durable and reliable in buildings.
2. Material scientists are now investigating on biodegradable materials that can be used in buildings to efficiently bring zero pollution to the environment.
3. Material scientists are also producing materials that are energy efficient when it comes to insulation. e.t.c
In my personal opinion
Structure in general is like the human body, in which some people want to change the color of their skin or change their shape through plastic surgery
The most important - the use of innovative and certified environmentally friendly materials that are safe for us and the environment.
My main concern here is the "green products or materials". Are they readily available? Sometimes apart from solar, recycling and reusable materials other greening activities looks so imaginary in some countries like Nigeria.
