How can a modulated (complex time domain) signal being transmitted on carrier frequency in matlab Simulink using DAC,LO,MIXER etc ??please help me
Not sure if I understand you right, but check the Phased Array System Toolbox. I use it for transmission, interference and reception of a signal.

Why can't we follow this,
Separate the Inphase and Quadrature components from the complex signal and multiply inphase symbols with cos(wct) and quadrature symbols with sin(wct), in this case the sampling frequency of input complex symbol should be more than twice of the carrier frequency and to be matched with carrier sampling rate.
