I have a question about emission calculation.

I have a dataset of households consisting of socio-economics and characteristics of the private cars like make/model/age/fuel type/engine size and annual distance per vehicle. what is the method to calculate CO2 per household from private transportation? i used Tier2 of EMEP/EEA air pollutant emission inventory guidebook 2019 – Update Oct. 2021 to calculate other emissions, but for CO2 there is no Emission factor in tier2, can i convert the distance to fuel consumption and used tier1? and which emission factor should i use? are they country-specific?
