This article Processing Charge (APC) is unbearably high. The most frustrating part of these journal publishers with huge APC, they got these manuscripts reviewed free of charge from their reviewers. You may need to search for others with lower ApC or those with zero ApC.

There are many considerations in paying an APC. Firstly check that the publisher is not considered predatory, there are some online sites that check that the journal is considered good such as Beall's list. Some journals that charge a high APC are making money but not providing good peer review. They will publish regarding of the quality of the science. I personally withdrew a publication from a journal as they peer reviewed in just a few days and would not provide feedback until the APC was paid. Further investigation showed the journal was on the list as a suspicious publisher.

Secondly I would look if your work becomes freely available some charge a fee but in return your journal becomes open access making it easier for global reach. If you feel this is a value to you.

My final thing and agreeing with Jelena B Popović-Djordjević is that you have other choices you can withdraw the publication and resubmit in a journal that has lower or no fees.

As I could remember, during submission I click 'No' to APC. there was an option (optional).

If somehow, it is going to lower or omit the APC, then is it worth to publish here (http://www.icontrolpollution.com/)????

Yes, this is open journal, this publication will be open for other readers.

I checked this journal (with same ISSN no) is in the list of SCOPUS index too, and found it there.
