The Intensity of Graphene is almost completely finished and whole line become almost straight in Graphene sample. But for Graphene-PANI, the intensity is quite shorter. Both intensities are aproximately at 26 degree (2 theta).

X-ray diffraction patterns of graphene oxide (GO), PD13, PF12, PGF1, and PGF2 composites. Main peaks of Fe3O4 were observed at 2q values of 30.16 (d = 2.96), 35.53 (d - 2.53), 43.18 (d = 2.09), 57.11 (d = 1.61) and 62.71 (d = 1.48 °A) corresponding to the (2 2 0), (3 1 1), (4 0 0), (5 1 1) and (4 4 0) reflections. All the observed peaks of Fe3O4 have been matched with the standard XRD pattern (JCPDS no. 88-0315). The peaks of GF observed in PGF1 and PGF2 confirm the presence of a GF hybrid in the polymer matrix. The crystallite size (D) of Fe3O4 has been calculated using Scherer's formula. and is estimated to be 10.1 and 14.2 nm for the GF and PGF12 samples, respectively. The inset shows the XRD pattern of graphene oxide, with a characteristic reflection plan (002) at 2theta =10.5, indicating the d-spacing of 0.84 nm. This is attributed to intercalation of water molecules and generation of oxygenated functional groups such as epoxy and hydroxyl groups between the inter-galleries of the graphite sheets during severe oxidation. Disappearance of the reflection plane at (002) and merging of the planes of Fe3O4 and polyaniline show the good interfacial interaction between the planes, and confirm the complete reduction of GO. Polyaniline doped DBSA is semi-crystalline in nature, as confirmed by the broad peaks at 2 theta = 19.795 (d =4.481 °A) and 25.154 (d = 3.537 °A).30 these peaks decreases with increasing GF concentration. The Fe3O4 peaks at 2q values of 30.28 (d = 2.949) and 35.69 (d =2.513) clearly dominated in PGF composites, showing the formation of composites having separate phases of both compounds properly dispersed in the polymer matrix.

Thank you for your contribution. But as for my samples, they are quite different from the ones you studied in the article you published. Can I take GO XRD readings to be the same as that of Graphene's? Please kindly enlighten me more on this...

XRD of GO is entirely different than the XRD of RGO. So the XRD of GO can't be taken for its representation as RGO or grapheme.

But please also note that the graphene I deposited is not rGO. I synthesized it from vacuum filtration of Graphite platelets (plus SDBS surfactant) through sonication.
Please sir, can I assume the XRD readings of both to be the same too?

I think you dont have to worry about the GO peak in this case. GO forms only when you have oxidized the graphite sample. [ guess you are using some physical method like ultrasonication for the preparation of graphite platelets] So in your sample it may show a peak around 26 degree and the intensity depends on the number of layers in the graphene sample formed.

Please can you suggest any journal article on the point that monolayer graphene sheet cant have XRD peaks...
Dear Balongun,
there is two possible solutions:
1. maybe you dried your GO sample on temperature that is too high so you got reduced graphene oxide (don't use temperature above 40 degrees) or
2. its possible that your sample is not enough oxidized in the first place, rather you just succeed in exfoliation of graphite, so your sample is mainly amorphus.
