Teachers are the foundation of any educational institute even in education merely the prescribe the study material in the form of text books where teacher with the line of development have to take an information & in certain cases the necessary literature as part of curriculum imparting information for the development of the student .
This is my personal opinion
It is important that teachers have the motivation to want to be better teachers, since their disciplinary training is not enough to be a teacher.
The advisable thing is that they have formation in sciences of the education and pedagogy to be professors in their disciplinary field.
Barriers to learning and participation are overcome in teacher education through the study of psychology with emphasis on learning theories. Aside, teachers are taught to apply varieties of teaching methods, techniques, and activities to meet the differences of learners and stimulate learner's participation.
