The Pakistan Meteorological Department has made some measurements at 6 stations. However, the comments in the following paper indicate that their quality was not too good.

So, if by "authentic" you mean 'high-quality measurements', I'm afraid you're out of luck. However, there are sources of modeled data, based on satellite-derived cloud observations, etc.

that are actually derived from the original NREL maps and datasets

There are other sources of much higher-quality and higher-resolution modeled data, but they are commercial. Contact me if you're interested.

Finally, the World Bank, through its ESMAP program, has initiated a large solar resource program in Pakistan. This will include modeled maps and high-quality ground measurements. You just have to be patient...

I also contacted some of world renowned companies having high quality of Solar irradiation data but these are commercial (as you said)...

is it actual measured or generated by some software? what is the accuracy of this data?

It's not generated by some simple software but using satellite observations and many other things, according to the methodology developed at DLR, which won the contract. The accuracy of the modeled data will be tested against actual ground measurements. Some weather stations have been installed recently. When enough data has been collected (say in 1 year or so), a general validation study will be undertaken and the resource maps will be corrected if necessary. Considering the high level of aerosols in Pakistan, this is what will happen most likely.
