What is the greatest accuracy that a satellite can measure Faraday rotation (FR)?

As an example, this paper states that FR can be measured to + or - 2 degrees for ATS-6:

An Epuipment to Measure Faraday Rotation Angle of VHF Waves Received from a Geostationary Satellite

Has FR been measured more accurately using ATS-6 or another satellite since this time?

Thank you for contributions to this discussion in advance.

Best regards.
