Mn has greater ionic radii than Mg ion and if Mn replace Mg ,shifting should be towards lower angle; but in my case peaks are shifted toward greater angle. Then in 2% Mn doped peaks shift to lower angle and further in 3% and 4%. I want to know that in 1% doping case why peaks shifted towards greater angle?
Sometimes it could be the measurement or instrumental errors or wrong sample alignment. You can correct it by taking the diffraction measurements of standard samples.

It may be due to following reasons:
1. Due to presence of large zero shift or sample displacement present during XRD measurement
2. Due to random cationic distribution between tetrahedral and octahedral sites in the spinel
3. Due to presence of Mn3+ or Mn4+ cation instead of Mn2+
