The so-called homelessness concept is a problem that currently occurs in a large part of the population worldwide. However, it is considered in the Declaration of Human Rights, as a fundamental right, "the right to decent and adequate housing," which is included in art. 25. That is why we must ask ourselves: '' Why is this right not governed by a significant number of the population? Millions of people in the world are victims of residential exclusion, another great part does not even have a home, being the same people discriminated by society on continuous occasions. The problem resides when instead of being treated as holders of said right, they are affected by multiple consequences that affect even more the situations of said people.
