trying to model bamboo reinforced concrete and effect of 0.257kg of TNT at 10 cm distance but deflections obtained in abaqus using conwep are way too small and stresses too seeem to be very less.am adding a .cae file if somebody could help please.
At that range, you're not going to get much deflection as much as you'll get close-in blast effects like spalling. It's almost a breach charge. To get structural bending, you need to be far enough away for a given P-I curve to engage the structure in a more unified manner and have the structure's aspect ratio to large enough that it acts as a thin wall or slender beam instead cube.
