I have already done this co-simulation but between Simulink and FLUX-2D. Co-simulation between Simulink and MAXWELL-2D has been done (see the attached paper).

There are built-in driver models in Matlab Simulink. Try searching the simulink help files for BLDC drives, for example, which was useful for me to simulate a BLDC machine. You can modify the parameters to suit your application.

Hi Hamidreza. I don't have direct experience with SRM machines but I did a quick search on Matlab help and there is SRM model in Simulink. You can try to follow up up one the documentation. Here is the link for the help file:
The same approach worked for me for BLDC drive simulation. Dr. Benbouzid seems to have a good experience with this problem and has a solution with co-simulation, if this helps.
