High background in ClickIt (for EdU). Why?

Hi, My ClickIt reactions used to give me 3-4 orders of magnitude of separation in FACS. Now the positive and negative peaks are so close together that the results are hard to interpret. Any suggestions what might have caused this? Many thanks.
