Hi dear.

Km= when the speed of reaction is in half of highest level(0.5 Vm), the substrate is called Km.

Km apparant= when there are inhibitor(I) in reaction that inhibit reaction between Enzyme(E) and substrate, the km will be called apparant Km, furthermore it will be achieved from this formula: apparant Km= a[1+ (I/Ki)].

Ki= (E).(I)/(EI).
