Generally speaking, supervisors suggest a minimum sample size for CFA and SEM  should not at all be below 200. if you have multiple variable then update sample size depending on the variable with most statements.

The sample size for CFA and SEM works as following: Statements in the survey * 10.

For instance, if you are using a one variable in your study having with 30 statements then minimum sample size should be 30x10= 300.

To me, minimum sample size to run the SEM is 250 participants, but there are other things which are important especially the number of variables you want to examine.
