Hi nisha, for the rice transformation i woud recommend to use AGLorLBA 4404 .if you use the EHA105 you might face the problem of overgrowth after the cocultivation.if you dont have any other option , you can try with EHA 105 but use very strong antibiotic (i mean high concentrations of timention of cefataxim ) after the co-cultivation. good luck for your transformation experiments.
