Hi, I would like to calculate the combined sensitivity of CKMB and cardiac troponin. How to calculate combined sensitivity and specificity for a disease, is there any calculation or software is there.

Can be done manually quite easily. Examine each combination of KMB+ cardiac troponin+ ; CKMB+ cardiac troponin-; CKMB- cardiac troponin+; CKMB- cardiac troponin- then decide which combination is having the strongest influence. You could also use a correlation matrix or chi sq to do the same.
