Hii Faride, first of all you have to identify the theme under which your manuscript falls i.e. climate change, agriculture, sustainability etc. then comes the next step to select a specific journals amongst the lot. Thereafter you could select a journal and read the authors instruction and format your manuscript accordingly. In the later stages you have to give the names of 3-4 reviewers working in the same field. Thereafter you can submit your article for review which normally takes time between a few weeks after which you would know whether the editor would accept your journal or require corrections or reject.
Hope this would help you.
If you are a beginner then you can suggest what your theme is and I could help you with a list of journals in the specific field.
If you just need to submit your paper, now more Journals have an electronic process to do so. Bu if the issue is how to write the paper, well that is so quite different and need a permanent training and reading.
