Hi, How should i simulate backwall effect of a solid 3D model for an elastic wave in ABAQUS ?

I want to simulate ultrasonic NDT inspection in a 3D solid model but the wave doesn't echo from the backwall. I think this happens because of wrong boundary condition of backwall. I use infinite element for the side walls of the model.
