I have a gel like sample which I know should have alpha, beta and beta prime structure but I am not sure how to use analyze xrd pattern ? is there any software that give me the structure of the crystals?

Gel = amorphous and broad peaks. Crystal = sharp peaks and lattice structure/constants. So, there's a sort of contradiction here. Please post your XRD pattern in order that we can provide more specific comments.
Thank you for your answer. I still do not have a pattern and I am trying to know what tools do it need to figure out what are subcell structures in the crystallized sample.

You need a pattern and this will probably define what tools are appropriate, if any. What XRD system are you going to use and in what setup (e.g. Debye-Scherrer, grazing angle etc)? Is your gel on a substrate or in ‘liquid’ form?
