How can I make a regression plot where Y-axis is the travel time on road of A and X-axis is the travel time on road of B? How can I get the quantitive difference between the travel time on road of A and travel time on road of B from the same regression plot?

an important question in advance: Which hypothesis are you examining? If you want to carry out a regression analysis and want to interpret the results meaningfully, you need a hypothesis that relates the variables in question reasonably,

Hi Axel thank you for your response. I am examining the null hypothesis so that I can differentiate what's the quantitative difference between the Travel time on road of A vs B corresponding the scenario ID.

To examine the null hypothesis that A travel times and B travel times are different, you don't need a regression. You need to test if differences are significant. Since you have two samples (two groups), your first option should b the Student t-test. However, travel times are probably non-normal distributed, so you might use a non-parametric test such as Mann-Whitney's U test. All of them can be run in R or SPSS. And if you want a plot, I'd use a boxplot with both groups to show the differences.
