The concentrations of AngII are 10-5M, 10-6M,10-7 M and 10-8M. The time points are 1h 2h 4h 6h 8h.I put VSMC for starving 24h before stimulation.

Thanks for your advices, I have some other questions ,can you tell me what dose of angiotensin ii you use in your experiment ? Since the half life of angiotensin ii is about 6 hours ,do you add another dose or change the medium ? Thanks for your reply.
