here, I am looking for membrane that has a porosity less than 0.22 micrometer which can allow the diffusion of solvents through it with blocking the moments of microorganisms?

I would tend to stay away from some of the flat sheet membranes the issue of grow through and blow through dynamic is well established. A good quality hollow fiber UF or perhaps even a MF would do best. One of the cheapest UF are normally found in dialysis cartridges but also there are water specific membranes such as those made by varios manufacturers.
