The data I have is about the number of copepods species collected at each stations. Both cluster analysis and MDS ordination results show a differentiation of 3 groups. Moreover, I need this Simper analysis to compere contributions of species.

I am guessing that you know how to use PRIMER (let me know otherwise)? You need to create factors for your data frame ("Edit", then "Factors..." and then you can "Add" factors), in your case "stations" will be the factor with the different levels (i.e. the 3 different stations). You run the SIMPER analysis on your data (no need to do similarity matrix as it is included in the test itself) and you can perform a One-way analysis with "Stations" as the factor, and as similarity matrix "Bray-Curtis" as you work with copepods diversity data that is likely to include zero values (Euclidean distance will no deal well with zeros).
You will obtain the percentage of similarity for each group (i.e. stations in your case) and then the percentage of dissimilarity between each group pairs. Below each group tested, you will get the list of species that explain the percentage of similarity or dissimilarity ("Contrib%).
