How to passe from the psi-plane to the w-plane in Schwarz Christoffel transformation

The flux density in the air-gap of a rotating machine is calculated in the psi-plane, then it's mapped to the s-plane(original plane), I want to know how to pass from the psi-plane to the w-plane.
