I have conjugated my Magnetic nano-particle with my interest of IgG antibody through a PEG-NHS-PEG linker. To prove conjugation efficiency I tried to treat the whole particle with DTT and run a SDS gel. But nothing show up. Can anyone suggest anything what to do to prove the conjugation efficiency on GEL?
You mean a NHS-PEG-NHS linker? What's the surface of your magnetic particles?
Hi Nirnoy, agree with Michael that you have to provide more details about the chemistry you are using to conjugate Abs to your NPs. It sounds overly complicated.
Sorry for the late response.The MNP contains F-127 outer layer and in between f-127 and MNP core there is a beta-CD layer.

here is the paper for our formulation o MNP. I believe the drug is encapsulated in-between BETA-CYCLODEXTRIN and F-127 layers.
