The band at 3347 cm-1 corresponding to( OH ), 1629,1683 cm-1 are characteristics to( C=C,C=O) respectively . The band at 1465 cm-1 are due to carboxylate group stretching of acrylate. But you should know that the IR Spectra just gives functional groups of your synthesized compound If you want more detailed data I recommend to do 1H NMR..... etc

The band at 3347 cm-1 correspond to OH of polymeric carboxylic acid and not NH2 ( you have not this Amine fonction). And at 2913... cm-1 are characteristic of single bonds (C-H) and at 1683..cm-1 are characteristic of conjugated bonds (C=O) and 1629..cm-1 are characteristic of conjugated bonds (C=C) .

1465...cm-1 correspond to methylenes groups

Please, Mahmoud Basyouni, there is no amine function in the organic compound! It is a sodium salt of a polycarboxilic acid , ONLY!
