i rinse three times after i blok my membrane with BSA-PBS TWEEN ... then i put my primary antibodies with BSA -TBS TWEEN NOT PBS .. U THINK i will have a problem because i use PBS TWEEN AND TBS TWEEN IN THE SAME PROTOCOLE ??? WHEN I RINSE IT before putting secondary i rinse it with TBS TWEEN OR PBS TWEEN ???
