Hi All, I have an old Bruker Omniflex MALDI-ToF with Flex Control 1.1 software that will not collect data (laser is firing). Any Hints? Have software?

The instrument fires up and runs good, however when you shoot the laser no MS shows in the buffers and it just freezes afterwards. It seems like the instrument is either not sending the data due to a triggering or conversion issue. Or the software is not recognizing that the data is being sent. After the shots are fired, the start button is grayed out continuously and does not reset the counter. We are running Flex Control 1.1 on WinNT. If anyone out there has the software please let me know, we do not have a software disk to try a reinstall. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Bruker no longer will offer any assistance on it, thank you.
