Soldering simulation with consider only CTE of 2 different material. I put tie constraint and predefined field of temperature 210 deg C in first step and 25 deg C in second step. Step is staic general step. and fixing bottom nodes as fixed- fixed condition. I need to know any other interaction should be specified and how do include density and effect of gravity? Thermal conductivity and HTC are not taken into account.
Add a density value to the definition of materials' properties and then add a gravity load.
