Hello there, I'd appreciate your help to clarify something.
I ran a colorimetric measurement for protein carbonylation (PC), however, the results seem weird.
In my first experiment, the treated group (where I would expect to see a higher level of PC), reveals a lower level of PC than the other groups... But when I repeat the same experiment with another individuals (same species, same age, every aspect is the same, even the time of the year), I do get a higher rate of PC-
How should I interpret these results? (I cannot exclude the first group)
I've been trying to find a text that could guide me without any success.
Thanks in advance.
