Hello! I am currently developing a R code to process some HCS data, but I'm stuck with calculating the average values from the technical replicates...
The HCS software, after processing the images, gives me the values of the means and standar deviations of different parameters (cell size, dye intensity...) from each well on the plate. Since I have each condition per triplicate, I would like to attach the data from the same conditions together, but I cannot find a way to combine the standard deviations. Could anybody help me with how should I calculate the standard deviations for each condition?
