In order to define base isolation or damper in SAP2000 or ETABS firstly you must define the characteristics of the device from link property, after that you can draw base isolation or damper by Options available in draw menu(one point link and two point link options). after all these, you must note that most of these kind of devices have nonlinear behaviour therefore you must active the nonlinear forces and nonlinear analysis on your model.

firstly, i checked your photos than send here. Overall, to describe base-isolation u just need U1, U2 and R3, but based on the model that u want to use you can open each degree of freedom.

secondly in order to modelling base-isolation in SAP2000 or ETABS, I encourage you to follows Professor Andrew whittaker studies.
