Help regarding Multilayer structure design by Rsoft-Beamprop solver?

I need to design a multi layer structure( such as :substrate-layer 1-layer 2-component- heater) by Rsoft-BPM.I have gone through the tutorial in the BPM manual but couldn't design it completely . Can anyone give me some hints how to design the attached file via BPM solver or how to define various layer in the solver?
