Dear ALL

i need you kind help to get a final concentration of 0.02 mg/ml.

I have a mass of dye which its unit is 2 mg. So, this is the following calcualtion are right?

I will add 200 ul (microliter) water to the this mass and I will get 10 mg/ml

I need to dilute this to 0.02 mg/ml so I can take 1 ul from this stock and add 500 ul of water to be used for my experiment.

please advise
